Older wiring may need replacing as part of a renovation, following an electrical inspection or simply because the installation has reached the end of its useful life.
We carry out full and partial rewires and can replace older consumer units where an upgrade is required.
Electrical fault finding
Electrical problems are not always straightforward to identify. If sockets, lighting, or other electrical equipment aren’t working as they should, we can investigate the installation and identify the cause.
Domestic EICRs
An Electrical Installation Condition Report provides an assessment of the condition and safety of an electrical installation.
We carry out EICRs for domestic properties and can advise on any remedial electrical work that may be required.
